The North County Giving Circle of Women's Empowerment presents Annette Hubbell's solo play. Miss Hattie Elizabeth Turner experiences in the Civil War. Hubbell performs the piece, proceeds go to the WE’s Ugandan Grannies Project to provide training and microloans to Ugandan grandmothers of grandchildren orphaned by AIDS.
