Shakina Ortega, Stolen Lives Coalition, will talk about her husband; Aaron Harvey and Brandon will talk about Penal Code 182.5; Stephanie Jennings of Women Occupy San Diego will talk about true accountability through reforming the Citizens Review Board; Pedro Rios, American Friends Service Committee will talk about Border Patrol brutality; and Alex Kueny of Black and Brown Lives Matter will provide a people's history of the police.
