Learn how to make three unique craft cocktails. We'll walk through the history of each drink, the basics of drink making, and proper construction of a well-balanced cocktail. You'll participate in the drink making using herbs, mixers, local produce, and syrups. Finally, you'll create your own craft cocktail based on the tastes and flavors you enjoy.
