Wine Pairing Dinner: Justin Winery
Croce’s Park West will host an expertly paired five-course dinner featuring Justin Vineyards and Winery out of Paso Robles.
Taking place in the Expatriate Room of Croce’s Park West, each dinner course will be served with a 3 oz. tasting of wine. Guests will enjoy a prix-fixe menu created by Chef Russell Rummer including an appetizer, salad, half-portion entrée and dessert, as well as wine pairings. Highlights include the Grilled Ricotta Honey Toast with mixed greens, oranges, and shaved fennel paired with the 2014 Sauvignon Blanc and Prime New York Strip with gruyere-fennel au gratin potatoes, wilted swiss chard, roasted cipolline onion, and Bordeaux demi-glaze paired with the 2011 Isosceles.
