Menehune Holiday Party
553 S. Coast Highway 101, Encinitas, 92024
Cost: Free
Local crafters are much like the mythical Menehune people of the Hawaiian islands. The Menehune are said to be little people, sometimes even described as dwarfs, that are superb craftspeople hidden deep in the valleys of the Hawaiian Islands. The excellence that these Menehune people express through crafting resembles the same passion and talent that the local artists who share their work through Bliss 101 have manifested.
Celebrate the holidays Mele Kalikimaka-style with food, wine, and local craft beer along with kids face painting, ornament making, cookie decorating, live music by Casey Turner Acoustic, a live art show, Hula performances with free lessons, and Santa. RSVP: [email protected].
