Late night, drive-in restaurants, and drag races signify the old days of El Cajon Boulevard, but now it is better known for its inimitable blend of ethnic food, artistic acumen, and eclectic urbanity.
Rejoice in the burgeoning culture of El Cajon Boulevard as the El Cajon Boulevard Business Improvement Association hosts its annual Celebrate the Boulevard! event in the classlc Mississippi Room at the Lafayette Hotel.
It’s a full evening that includes a “Taste Of” experience, raffle prizes, 15 new Boulevard Banner unveilings, and a musical line-up featuring The Alfred Howard Experience, The Down Lights with Normandie Wilson, Patric Petrie & Friends, Lou Curtiss, and Joey Harris.
