Plant-Powered Nutrition for Athletes is a three-part cooking series where you will learn how to make nutrient-dense meals.
Part 1: Pre-workout Meals. Learn to cook foods that are low in fat and fiber to ensure optimal digestion.
Each session will be filled with culinary demonstrations and food samplings of easy-to-make, plant-based, and gluten-free meals (with optional nut-and grain-free alternatives) that will help energize your workouts and inspire you to get creative in the kitchen.
All participants will receive a goodie bag filled with plant-powered food and hydration samples.
$40/class; $100 for the series.
