As a photographer, concentrate on just the tools and methods needed to accomplish traditional darkroom tasks in Photoshop. Learn to optimize the images from your DSLR for web display or prints.
This is not a beginning photography class, so please have some experience with your DSLR camera. You must bring a laptop with a version of Adobe Photoshop software, CS5 thru CC2014, installed. Suggested reading and excellent companion to this class: Scott Kelby's Adobe Photoshop for Digital Photographers, New Riders Publishers.
