Aggression-Defense Course

MiraCosta College’s Police Department is offering a three-day course in Rape Aggression Defense at MiraCosta College’s Community Learning Center.
The self-defense techniques taught in this course are practical, and students will have the opportunity to use those techniques in a full-contact simulated assault scenario held on the last day of class.
