You Are What You Eat: Stamping and Design Workshop
Print, stamp, and create! Join artist Ingram Ober as he teaches you print-making and design techniques. You will get the chance to use one-a-kind rubber stamps to create self-portraits on t-shirts and a large banner for your community. While learning these new art skills, you’ll also create drawings for custom food stamps that will be used on Mass Creativity Day at The New Children’s Museum on June 28!
This workshop is free and designed for all ages. No prior art experience necessary.
The Mass Creativity program has been generously funded by The James Irvine Foundation and provided by The New Children’s Museum. Mass Creativity is an artist-led community outreach program that includes a series of eight workshops throughout various San Diego neighborhoods. The program will culminate in an all–day celebration of art and creativity at The New Children’s Museum.
