While serving up organic, local, raw vegan cuisine, he will display some tips, tricks, and techniques that are useful in any kitchen to make your time well spent.
Utilizing the farm-fresh local produce and sourcing high quality ingredients you will get to experience and enjoy each recipe prepared by the chef in class, as well as receive a copy of each one for you own personal recipe book. We will be using dehydrator for some recipes to showcase raw food versatility through texture and taste!
