You can help feed the hungry and listen to great blues music during a summer to fall concert series from June through November in California, southern Oregon and Baja California. The Burgers Blues Bash concert series is being produced by Blues Against Hunger, a food drive to benefit independent charities throughout Baja California, the California Association of Food Banks, and southern Oregon food banks.
The Sweet n’ Lowdown Show is a blues duo that combines old school blues classics like John Lee Hooker’s “Boom Boom”, and Albert King’s “Born Under a Bad Sign”, with a heavy blues rock sound of the 1960s and 1970s like Jimi Hendrix’s “Red House”, and Gary Moore’s “Walking by Myself”, along with original songs and humor.
