On March 11, 2011, a 9.0 earthquake and tsunami caused the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant meltdown and the deaths of almost 16,000 people.
Professor Kotaro Nakamura, director of SDSU's School of Art and Design, and Sandra Moriyama, board member of the SD Chapter of the Japanese American Citizens League, will share their experiences in traveling to and aiding in devastated areas.
