Dine on winter-inspired cuisine from executive chef Abe Botello’s specially planned four course dinner. From corn crusted pacific oyster and warm smoked kale with bacon lardon, cranberry leek chutney, topped with maple-bourbon mustard vinaigrette to your choice of braised pork belly with pea puree or skin-on stuffed trout with barley risotto, these dishes and whiskey pairings make for a warming mid-week distraction.
Each course is perfectly paired with an American distilled whiskey, such as the George Dickel 12 Year, George Dickel 8 Year and George Dickel Rye. Complete the Whiskey Dinner experience with George Dickel’s Barrel Select and Irish Coffee with house made donuts, topped with coffee caramel sauce.
