The Batiquitos Lagoon Foundation seeks volunteers for a variety of key positions, including: Nature Center hosts; docents to lead public walks; newsletter; fundraising; marketing; trail maintenance; and grant writers. A casual volunteer orientation takes place every month on the fourth Saturday. 760-931-0800.
