San Diego North County’s Waterwise Botanicals nursery hosts a two-day event featuring speakers and workshops on waterwise plants and roses, an unveiling of “The Great Succulent Pumpkin," and a celebration of Rebecca Sweet’s newest book on garden design, Refresh Your Garden Design with Color Texture & Form.
