The four-course menu by executive chef Gregory Chavez includes pairings from Long Shadows Winery. First: Fresh Dungeness crab; roasted beet, grapefruit, avocado; and Poet’s Leap 2011 Riesling. Second: Jidori chicken; wild mushroom, escarole, garganelli pasta; and Saggi 2008. Third: Moroccan spiced lamb; turmeric couscous, toasted almond; and Pirouette 2009. Four: roasted fall fruit Napoleon;
brown butter mille-feuille; and Poet’s Leap Botrytis Riesling 2008. The regular menu will be available in addition to the prix-fixe menu.
