New Year’s Masquerade Party
Masquerade party full of food, music, and mystique. Beginning at 9 p.m., start the night with a three-course dinner prepared especially for the night.
Your meal begins with a Vegetable Napolean consisting of layers of brioche, heirloom carrots, avocado, cucumber gelee and tomato butter. For your main course, choose between a perfectly Pan Seared Snapper served with vanilla and fennel nage, marble potato cake, beech mushrooms and preserved lemon or an mouth-watering Adobo Shortrib with coconut milk, smoked kale risotto and furikake crisp.
The dinner portion of the night concludes with a decedent Cheesecake in the Raw topped with smoked pistachio, cajeta and candied persimmon. After dinner, dance your way into the New Year with the help of DJ Tone Capone taking over Uptown’s sound system at 9:30 p.m.
