Learn about the health benefits of fermenting your own foods. Learn to clean, chop, and set up some of your own favorite foods as healthy, safe ferments. Go home with your own water and milk kefir, kombucha, and different pickled vegetable ferments and starter kits for all the other we'll make in our class. Cost: $45.
