Soroptimist Clubs in Vista, Oceanside-Carlsbad, Fallbrook host traveling film festival of nine diverse short films "by, for, and about women." Program includes Life Model, Worst Enemy, Lady Razorbacks, I Am a Girl! Proceeds benefit Breast Cancer Fund and local non-profits.
