The 17th annual Kiwanis Ugly Dog Contest promises many dogs competing in ten categories including ugliest dog, cutest dog, best St. Patty’s Day costume, best trick, dog that most resembles its owner. Registration at 10am; showtime 11am. Competing canines charged $6 per category. 858-755-5913.
