The San Diego Public Library will host a Book Discussion on African American experiences of the U.S. Constitution on Tuesday, July 10 from 6:00-8:00 pm at the Malcolm X Library, located at 5148 Market Street in San Diego. Professor Edward Blum of the History Department at San Diego State University will facilitate. It is being presented in conjunction with the four month project, Searching for Democracy: A Public Conversation about the Constitution.
