Soaking Prayer

Communal worship time that involves resting in the presence of the Lord and allowing the Holy Spirit to work in your heart. The old word for soaking would be "tarrying," thus tarrying with God. To "soak" in God's presence is to rest in His love rather than to "strive" in prayer. We will play intimate worship music and read scriptures. Bring pillows or a throw to make yourself comfortable. You may quietly arrive and leave at any time. Friday, May 13, 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
