The season of Lent will be upon us before you know it. John Pauls, Phd., M.D., will be teaching us about the medical aspects of fasting. This seminar will include a time of worship and the pastoral team will share about fasting from a spiritual perspective. Saturday, Mar. 12, 9:30 am to 11:00 am.
