Event begins with a short walk, followed by 40-50 minutes of yoga for participants and their canine yoga partners. Labradors and Friends Rescue Group on hand to offer adoptions (10:30-1:30pm). Bring yoga mat and/or towel, water bottle, dog, mat or towel for dog. Registration: 619-822-3296.
