Join Maya and Carolyn for a playful and fun Saturday afternoon filled with partner yoga poses and Thai massage, including a therapeutic Thai massage sequence specifically intended to alleviate headache pain. This playshop encourages creative energy and builds trust and intimacy between partners or friends. Bring a partner/friend or come alone and pair up with someone in the playshop. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket. Suggested donation: $35-$50/couple.
