WikiLeaks suspect Bradley Manning will have been incarcerated for 571 days on December 17, his 24th birthday. Meet at San Diego Civic Center, march six blocks north to Third Avenue bridge over I-5 to place a banner for freeway traffic viewing, then march back to Occupy San Diego for rally.
