West Coast Drawing founder, president Karen Rhiner discusses "history of the organization" and theme of "Intimate Views: West Coast Drawing" exhibition. Artists Mick Phelan and Cheryl Cotman will make presentations about their work. Mark-Elliott Lugo, visual arts curator for San Diego Public Library, will be presented with group’s Platinum Pencil Award for his work promoting art of drawing in region. 760-435-3720.
