Sanctuary143 hosts "interactive art and music happening." One artist and one musician are assigned to each room; each room's musician will create, install a soundtrack in response to artist's work. Featured artists and musicians include Mike Maxwell, Joel P. West, Acamonchi, Sandee Manuel, Sean Kelley, Keikichi Honna, Jeff Faeth, Tocayo, Will Redd, Josh and Jeremiah Zimmerman of Silent Comedy, others.
