In commemoration of "Prisoner of War and Missing in Action Recognition Day," San Diego veterans from Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan "will honor the 22 servicemen from San Diego County who are still unaccounted for from Southeast Asia during the Vietnam War." Motorcyclists encouraged to join procession to Mount Soledad starting at medical center. Ceremony begins at Mount Soledad Memorial at 1 p.m. Following ceremony, gather at Sweetwater Harley-Davidson for food, beverages, a band. 619-241-6958.
