Training workshop for Pepperdine University's Grunion Greeter Project, which allows volunteers to help researchers and experience grunion runs. Participants monitor local beaches, collecting basic information for about two hours during grunion runs, April through early June. Greeters select nights and beaches to monitor. RSVP: 619-733-0725.
