Time for 13th annual Del Mar Kiwanis Ugly Dog Contest. Many dogs will compete in 14 contest categories including ugliest dog, best mutt, cutest pup, best trick, best St. Patrick's Day costume, more. Competing canines charged $6 per category. 858-755-5913.
