The public is invited to the grand opening of the new 22M Encinitas Library, which sits on a bluff with a panoramic view of the ocean. Ceremony at 9:00am. Children's activities all day long, free refreshments, performances by Nels and the Peanut Butter Cookies Band, Moonlight Beach Ukulele Strummers, Jimmy Patton, Peter Sprague and Jack Tempchin.
