NORTH COUNTY’S BEST PERSONAL TRAINER: NICOLE HANSULT HELPING YOU FEEL STRONG, CONFIDENT, AND VIBRANT AT ANY AGE

Nicole Hansult, recently voted North County’s Best Personal Trainer and Fitness Influencer, has dedicated her career to helping people transform their lives through a holistic approach to health, fitness, and self-care. With over 20 years of experience, Nicole specializes in working with men and women in their 40s and beyond who want to feel strong, confident, and comfortable in their bodies. Her holistic health and wellness programs are designed to build not only physical strength but also self-esteem—empowering her clients to embrace the bodies they live in, regardless of age or starting point.

Reconnecting with Your Body and Building Confidence

For many of Nicole’s clients, the journey begins with a desire to feel more at home in their own skin. Recently, two of Nicole’s clients—both women in their 40s—came to her with goals that went beyond just losing weight. One wanted to feel sexy again, to fit into her favorite clothes and regain her confidence. The other sought to break free from unhealthy eating and drinking habits and lower her stress levels. Through Nicole’s guidance, they began to build not just muscle but a healthier mindset—reducing negative self-talk and embracing their bodies.

“Many of my clients feel like they’ve lost touch with their bodies, and my goal is to help them reconnect. We focus on building strength, both physical and mental, so they can feel confident and powerful,” says Nicole.

Nicole’s holistic coaching includes practical strategies for managing stress, adopting healthier habits around food and fitness, and creating a positive mindset—all of which are just as crucial as the physical aspects of training. By addressing these mental and emotional components, she helps her clients develop sustainable, long-lasting changes that extend far beyond the workouts.

Living a Vibrant Life Through Mobility and Strength

While self-confidence and mental wellness are key components of Nicole’s approach, she also emphasizes the importance of maintaining mobility and strength to live a full, active life. Her clients often want to be able to do what they love—whether that means playing pickleball with friends, preparing for an adventurous vacation, or simply being able to keep up with everyday activities without pain or stiffness.

“Mobility is the foundation of an active, pain-free life. If you have the freedom to move, you have the freedom to do what you love,” Nicole explains. She teaches her clients to focus on functional movements that build strength and flexibility, helping them stay active and independent as they age.

Nicole's methods aren’t about achieving perfection but rather about feeling empowered in your own body. She believes that everyone deserves to feel strong, capable, and ready to tackle life’s challenges—whether that means lifting weights or simply getting through the day with more energy and less pain.
