Yeatman and Hart both graduated SDSU several years after forming the band, with Yeatman minoring in music global composition.
A debut album was released in 2017, Obsessed, along with a video for the track "Oh Baby." The band won the 2018 Kaaboo Discovery competition, earning a slot on that year's September 14 Kaaboo music fest bill. In 2020, they opened for the Jonas Brothers in Chula Vista, as well as a handful of other dates.
The group continued releasing singles during the Covid-19 pandemic, including “This Summer’s Day” and “Ellen.” With new drummer Trevor Smith in tow, they launched an early 2022 co-headlining tour with the Aquadolls.
With the collaborative help of Fat Mike of NOFX, they released a new song in August 2023, "Baby Girl," the first song off of their third album. According to frontman Hoyt Yeatman, he had just gotten a new guitar and was strumming it non-stop in his kitchen, when the song popped into his head and it was written within the hour. The next day, the rest of the band came over to record the song and they tracked the song live and did three takes, but they ended up using the first one because to preserve the raw, visceral energy. Later, they showed the song to Fat Mike from NOFX and he loved it, added some chords and an edgy melody, and stamped it with his punk seal of approval.
The second single from their third album, “Crème Brûlée,” was written with Pierre Bouvier of Simple Plan. According to Hoyt Yeatman, “This heartfelt single touches on the feeling of being on cloud nine while being in love with someone.” The band spent Fall 2023 touring with Mustard Service as well as performing the Levitation festival in Austin, Texas.
