Rogues of Chaos was founded by guitarist Jerry Flack (Cardiac Kidz), who recruited bassist Sppike Mike Muellenberg (Spice Pistols), drummer Zakaria Albannia, and singer Tamara Harrison. The band made their concert debut on October 29, 2022 at the annual Halloween Bash thrown at a private locale by online radio station Whatever68, with a setlist that included Cardiac Kidz songs plus covers of The Monkees and The Runaways.
As of 2024, the band featured Flack with Caylyn Gamboa on lead vocals, Cristina Smith on keyboards, Marty Erickson on harmonica and percussion, Lisa Tansey on bass, David Rinck on rhythm guitar, and Doug Newberry on drums. Matt Starr (formerly of Ace Frehley, Mr. Big and Kix) served as the drummer and producer on recordings made that year at local Singing Serpent Studio with Ben Moore.
