Ready Set Survive aka RSS began a three-piece punk rock band featuring Troy Cook (vocals, guitar), Sean Drake (bass and vocals), and Morgan Guest (drums). The group plays high energy punk anthems ("Black and Blue" and "Through Bloodshot Eyes") and groovy compositions ("Into the Unknown" and "Everyday is Halloween"). They released their Ready Set Survive EP in 2017.
Two new singles were released in early 2019, “Perfection” and “Young and Dumb,” both featuring new violinist Regina Marie. The video for "Young and Dumb" includes a cameo by DJ and promoter Tim Pyles.
May 2020 saw the release of an EP called Keys, with three piano covers of their original tracks "Young and Dumb," "A Voice Inside," and "Black and Blue."
