Experimental reggae-rocker band the Most Hi was founded in 2013 by Chula Vista-based Santino Romeri (Illuminauts), who also runs the local record label Kill Quanti. Released in Autumn 2013, the Most Hi EP delves ever deeper into Romeri’s exploration of dirty drums, digital noise, and live instrumentation, with four tracks including a Bad Brains cover.
