Puerto Rico-born Markos Tegui (aka Decimal) relocated to San Diego with his family at the age of four and began rapping in 1996, as a member of Circle Empire. Based in Linda Vista, an EP called Time Traveler was released in 2013, followed by Who Is Markos Tegui in 2014.
