Based in Carlsbad, Mannequin (unrelated to local electro-act Sex Mannequin) is a synth-pop duo featuring Taylor Allen (SeeYouSpaceCowboy) and David San German. After releasing their first tracks in 2017, they were signed by Sentimental Records, a cassette label based in Brussels.
Two three-song EPs, Singles and Factions, were released together in late 2017, followed on New year's Day with a 7-inch, "Candles" b/w "Everything Is Here."
