Alt-jazz band Kilikili is a quintet led by composer and vocalist Lexi Pulido (Baby Bushka), Grant Fisher (Nexus 4000, Gone Fishing), Harley Magsino (Orchid Mantis, Parker Meridien), Julien Cantelm (Danny Green Trio), and Sam Pratt. "The music is harmonically colorful, theatrical, and deeply poetic," says Pulido, "covering themes of feminism, trauma, existential absurdity, and the emotional abstract."
A debut album, Agency, was released in October 2019. That December, Pulido and the same lineup released a new single as Lex & the Jewels, "Julianne" b/w "Richard."
