Kelly Alvarez attended Patrick Henry High and spent a decade working at Hillcrest's Record City. She dated Brandon Welchez of the Plot to Blow Up the Eiffel Tower (TPTBUTET) and sang backup vocals on five Plot songs, as well as on records by the Jack Saints and Please Mr. Gravedigger.
She founded her own record label in 2007, Sweet Tooth Records, to release a 7" vinyl record by the Atoms and, reportedly soon, her own album. She's often backed up by members of the Prayers. She and Maren Parusel from Squiddo have an all-girl Zeros tribute band called Wild Weekend, named after one of that band's songs.
Her MySpace page has recordings and demos recorded with Brandon Welchez (TPTBUTET, the Prayers) and/or Andrew Miller (the Prayers) and is continually being updated with new material.
