Born and raised in El Cajon, Kahlil Taylor is a rapper/producer/DJ known locally from the rapcore band Soundbored. “I like to take things from my surroundings, good or bad, and turn them into music,” he says. “In that sense, I'm influenced most from true life and the city I live in.”
