Frequenz Drop artists are Dustin J. and Rob K. Frequenz drop has their own style of playing live shows. Dustin plays the guitar with a POD effects processor and jams out over Rob, who uses an M-Audio torq xponent. Rob mixes a variety of beats and sounds together, and Dustin syncs in his guitar with the mixes. Aside from what they’ve already produced, they also mix different artists’ tracks into every set. Audiences will hear them mix a range of rock, drum & bass, hip-hop, experimental, dub, reggae, and breaks.
Rob is the producer of Frequenz Drop, using different computer programs, a five-string bass, keyboards, drum machines, and torq xponent. Rob has been in the music scene for over 15 years. He started off playing bass in a few local funk bands and moved his way into the electro scene. He was in the drum & bass scene for over 12 years as a deejay for venues around the globe.
Dustin is the guitar-playing guru of Frequenz Drop. He has been playing guitar for 15 years and is never satisfied with his technique and skill level. After playing in a few local bands, he decided to branch out and try to conquer the world.
