Crucial is a roots-driven reggae band founded in 1998 by Jesse Fuller and Greg McCarty, after they met as teenagers in Pacific Beach. Their 2020 EP and single Gina was produced by Adrian “AK” Cisneros of the Wailers, Roots Covenant, and Hits Pon Hits productions. The single features two alternative mixes (12” Version and Dub Version) similar to old school reggae vinyl releases. The EP was produced, mixed, and mastered by AK Cisneros at Avant Garde Music Company in Chula Vista.
