Bogsey and the Argonauts frontman Brandon Boggs (Grrrlfrrrnd, sx$X$xs) was born and raised in San Diego. He first learned clarinet before picking up his dad's guitar in middle school. Seven years and many instruments later, he founded Bogsey and the Argonauts as a solo project apart from his other bands (KIDS, Sledding with Tigers).
