Cesar Eduardo Lopez Sandoval, aka Alo Bandz, was a Clairemont-based hip-hop artist best known for his song "All Facts," which soon earned over 4 million views on YouTube after its July 2019 release. He also collaborated with artists such as Sada Baby, Lil Poppa, and Lil Loaded.
Sandoval died after an early 2023 incident where he was fatally shot in the chest during a February 19 confrontation with two other people at the North Clairemont Recreation Center.
