As Ally Darling, who calls herself “a jobless whore who slept with 20 men,” Anna Faris is a doll of chipmunky charm, with the cutest vocal scratch since June Allyson. She’s the fun zip in this bubble-headed comedy in which she trawls those 20 to find Mr. Right, slowly realizing that he is her buff neighbor, no. 21 (Chris Evans). Ed Begley Jr. and Blythe Danner hover as parents, making faces. Boston glows like Malibu. Too much of the humor is like this comment about a wedding dress: “I’m concerned that with all those layers, he’s not going to find your vagina.” (2011) — David Elliott
