Cost: $8 - $15
The San Dieguito Academy Drama Production class presents Kindertransport by Diane Samuels. The Kindertransport was a British rescue mission at the beginning of WWII in which over 10,000 Jewish children were relocated to British foster homes to escape from Nazi Germany. The show follows nine-year-old Eva’s journey as she arrives in London, speaking no English, and is taken under the wing of her new foster mother, Lil Miller.
Proceeds benefit Casa de Amparo (Home of Protection), a leader in treating and preventing child abuse and neglect in San Diego County and beyond with locations in Oceanside and San Marcos.
