Psychedelic prog rockers Sacri Monti released a four-song EP on cassette with Under the Gun Records, before signing with New York-based Tee Pee Records in 2015. Their self-titled debut album was recorded at Audio Design with engineer Jordan Andreen.
They were soon touring and racking up war stories from the road. "The worst gig ever was definitely in Cologne Germany. The backline company wasn’t able to get Evan a keyboard for the show, and nobody there had one we could borrow, so he had to plug in Dukie’s iPad and use the garage band keyboard through the PA. That sucked, but we're glad it happened because it’s a good story."
"Another bad one was when we were a new band, our buddy Colin Provost asked us to play his shoe release party for Emerica in Long Beach, and the place was packed, which was very exciting for us because it was like our sixth show or something. But, a few minutes into the first or second song, my amp blows up and there's no backup. I was so defeated and had to just simply walk off stage and let them just jam for the night. That sucked too."
An album called Waiting Room for the Magic Hour was released in July 2019 via the Tee Pee label, recorded locally at Audio Design in by Jordan Andreen and preceded by a single for "Gone From Grace."
As of 2019, Dylan Donavan was also playing with Pharlee.
